SEUGLE, we are dedicated to creating cozy, stylish, and high-quality pet beds that bring comfort to your furry friends and elegance to your home. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions to ensure a fair and smooth experience.


Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • The pet bed must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

  • You must contact SEUGLE within the 15-day window to initiate your return.

  • Refunds are issued only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped (e.g., torn fabric, broken zippers, or wrong item received).


Non-Refundable Cases

  • Minor imperfections such as slight fabric wrinkles or packaging marks.

  • Buyer’s remorse, including wrong size or color selection.

  • General dissatisfaction not related to a product defect.


Shipping and Returns

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, a partial refund may be issued after deducting a $6–$20 shipping fee.

  • While initial shipping is free, return or reshipping costs caused by customer errors are not covered.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery are not eligible for a refund.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, and it meets the eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Return shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for the return.
