🧾 Refund Policy – Seugle
At Seugle, we’re committed to creating calming, high-quality pet beds that both you and your furry friend will love. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund option under the following conditions to ensure a fair and smooth experience.
Customers may request a refund within 15 days of receiving their order. To be eligible, the pet bed must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. You must also contact Seugle within the 15-day window to initiate your return. We only issue refunds in cases where the bed is clearly damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect that affects its usability — such as defective stitching or torn fabric on arrival.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for minor cosmetic imperfections (such as small creases or light packaging impressions), buyer’s remorse, incorrect size or color selections, or general dissatisfaction unrelated to product defects. Please be sure to review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned or cannot be delivered, a partial refund may be issued. In these cases, a shipping fee between $6 and $20 will be deducted to cover actual costs. While we offer free shipping on initial orders, we do not cover return or reshipping costs due to customer address errors.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, and if it meets the refund criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider. Return shipping fees may apply, depending on the reason for the return.
